Join us for this Wellbeing Session where we'll focus on breathing techniques to help you relax and reset. Book your space via Eventbrite.

This gentle, welcoming session invites you to reconnect with yourself through breath, reflective journaling, sound, and light movement. In this free, introductory session led by healing artist Jaha Browne, we’ll focus on welcoming new beginnings, and cultivating a sense of lightness and ease through community. Light refreshments and friendly chats to follow.

Suitable for adults aged 18+

No experience needed - all welcome.
