Join artist Yemi Awosile for an afternoon of making. Explore new and experimental ways of weaving using colourful fabric, lace and thread. Inspired by the weaving that happened at Barking Abbey between 666 - 1500AD, explore local textiles and the historical connections to woven textiles crafted in Barking.

Materials provided. Tea and biscuits included.
