Podcast: Hopeful Disruption (Positive Risk Taking in Social Work)

How do we deliberately take risks and disrupt the norms in our day to day working lives and why do we do this? Does this help to develop new and better ways of working? Can this approach be used in social care work?

We explore examples of this ‘attitude' through the experiences of social workers Petra Prince and Norma O'Connell and artists Yemi Awsiole, Gayle Chong Kwan and Joe Namy. The podcast was created by artist Hannah Kemp-Welch.
